Here are some answers to any quearies that might not be addressed elsewhere, but if you still have questions, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you ASAP.
How much is postage and where do you ship from?
Postage is capped at AU$10 for all Australian deliveries, and $23 for all international parcels.
We offer free postage on all Australian orders over AU$75
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days, but unfortunately we have NO control over how long the delivery process takes, and ask that you use the tracking number provided to track your parcel.
What are the payment options?
We currently accept both PayPal and debit/credit card purchases.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. If however you have an issue with your product, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we will replace it for you.
Do you take custom orers?
Absolutely, but they are accepted or declined at our discretion. Custom cutters can be ordered and designed for you at the cost of AU$4 per unit,.
